About Ben Small MP

Ben Small is the Federal Member for Forrest.
Ben grew up in Bunbury and fell in love with the sea, spending his childhood on Koombana Bay.
Before entering Parliament, he had a successful career in the maritime oil & gas sector, overseeing marine services for a global energy company.
Ben learned early the importance of hard work and giving back through volunteering.
He served as a volunteer ambulance officer for 10 years and was WA’s youngest rescue skipper with Bunbury Sea Rescue.

Ben’s local plan for Forrest includes championing critical infrastructure upgrades, boosting tourism and export opportunities for local businesses and farmers, and real action to ease the strain on our local housing market.
